Church's Texas Chicken

First of all, the lady at window was very disrespectful! I walked out and another customer walked out after me without placing an order! The turnstile was trifling! You can tell that dried food has been on it for months! If this place would have been black owned, no body would go back! I will not be returning nor will I give a good review to potential customers!

If I could rate a negative 5 I would. Just left the Church's on Warren and Conners placed my order and the cashier was so rude. They were not crowded I decided to add a couple things to my order and because of this the cashier cursed at me and refused to give me my order. This guy needs to be FIRED No if,ands,or buts about. HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE

Worst experience ever! Cashier was only taking one order at a time… I mean she would take the order at speaker and collect payment and hand out food to customer at window BEFORE taking the next order… I sat in line for 30 mins before getting to window where they refused to accept a coupon over the phone (from official church’s chicken website).. asked for manager was told no manager was there then all of a sudden he pops up with an apron on and sweat covering his face. He agreed to take mobile coupon then walked away after I asked him if he was aware of how cashier (drive thru attendant) was taking orders.. he never returned.. I was in drive their line for over an hour. I knocked on window and beeped horn all to no avail… they were indeed ignoring me. I had my son with me.. he has severe special needs was having a melt down for the majority of the time because he wanted his chicken and mashed potatoes.. we’re about to leave… I’m writing this from the drive thru window.. I called the corporate number while sitting here and they took a report but said they can’t call store direct.. they took my name, number and email address and assured me they’d resolve it and I will here back from them… we’ll see… I don’t have a lot of faith in this company anymore… sucks too because we prefer church’s to most other fast food chicken places… I can’t say for certain I’ll never have church’s again but I guarantee I will never come to this location again…!!! 🤞🏾

The service here is horrible!! It’s should not take 35 minutes to get food . Especially when it’s only two people waiting in front of you. The workers are arguing with each other moving super slow . I will never come back here. Not that it would do any good , I’m contacting corporate. This is unacceptable.
