I dined in at the Applebee's on 8 mile and Woodward in Detroit. Brian was my waiter and also the manager. He was awesome. Very helpful with menu suggestions. He made sure I had water, silverware, and extra napkins. I didn't have to ask for anything! He checked in with me often to see if I needed any refills, order more food or any deserts. Because of the level of service provided, I will definitely be back and will ask for Brian!

I loved eating at Applebee's this past week, my bartender was Tanya and she had great costumer service. I ordered a Whisky Bacon Burger and it was so good. I didn't have to wait long for my food at all. Great job Tanya.

I know it’s an Applebees, but I ordered a mango lemonade and had to send it back three times because the cup was dirty..I ordered the neighborhood beef nachos as a meal, and it was pretty good, the beef was a little dry tho.

When we entered, we were told the wait was over an hour long; the young lady worked some things out and was able to seat us in 5 minutes, so we were thankful for that. Our server was very pleasant, but kept forgetting requests. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food.

Everything was great,my food was good,the waitress was nice and friendly but the bathroom smelled horrible..I'm not sure what's causing that smell but something should be done about it A.S.A.P.

“ carside to go “…. Terrible service. Weather it’s a holiday or not. Car or curb side should be exactly that. Ordered and paid ahead so didn’t have to get out. 1 person came out every 30 minutes to check Togo orders. I was told the food would be ready by 6:30. Got here 6:25. Didn’t receive food until about 2hours later

The wait person was great. The seating host spent most of his time watching the TV's. People came in and waited but he didn't turn to check. They finally wandered till they were noticed. The food was good and the right temperature for eating.

Something was inside the loaded mashed potatoes this is disrespectful this looks like old food mix with the mashed potatoes that’s not bacon and the steak was burnt on my anniversary today it was the wise I called restaurant 5 times at 9:28 pm that’s wrong I don’t appreciate how our food and drinks was prepared at all I will be calling health inspectors
