Worst customer service every me and a young ldy were waiting for 15 mins to get helped until the young lady gave up and left and i stayed while ordering i wanted to use the restroom after waiting this long she tells me you cant use it!! What kind of employees are you hiring you need to fire this rude lady if not you’re going out of business!

"0 Star" Poor customer service I will never spend another cent there!! The woman behind the counter acted like I was bothering her when everything thing I requested she spat back with "We don't sell that no more." So when I had to change my order again, I asked for a honey oat wheat bread just for her to exclaim out loud the types of bread that the do have!? If she doesn't want or like her job I suggest she get a new one. Customer service isn't for her. She need a MAJOR ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT!!

I walk in and the guy behind the bulletproof glass is typing on his phone. It takes him somewhere around a minute to look up and notice I'm there. The racks where the ingredients go are all empty and the containers are stacked above them on the shelf. He tries putting some in their place while taking my order. But when I tell him what sandwich I want, he informs me he can't do a spicy Italian because they are out of pepperoni so as I look over the menu to see what my 2nd choice might be, he informs me that they only have white bread and wheat bread, no flatbread. I gave up and left.
