I’m very disappointed in the service I received.The cashier was very rude and elderly lady working along side another employee.Let me start by saying I understand being short staffed.She was very rude to a customer because she asked for another batch of fries because hers were cold.The cashier stated these fries are hot while touching them might I add.Another gentleman was waiting for his food and didn’t hear the cashier call him to retrieve his food.And she was very nasty with him. I was left standing about 5 minutes ago which wasn’t a problem understanding she’s the only cashier working.Once done the cashier return and ask had I been helped. I stated no mam.And I ask how was she doing.Very rudely she says “I’m tryna to hurry up cause I’m the only cashier here.You was about to have to go threw the drive threw” what do you want. I smiled and said I don’t want anything.Heading to the door she’s tells another customer I’m just mad. I wasn’t mad about anything.Moral of the story the customer asking how you’re doing should never lead to an employer losing money.Because how you rudely dismissed a customer. I understand frustration I also worked with the public. The time was around 1:00 o’clock so she definitely knows who she is.03/23/2022

Grate family place with amazing food. Good. No no. GRATE service. Clean bath rooms. Nice menu. Grate view of Woodward it's not to crowded and you not overly taken care of. (They don't bug you every 30 seconds) the owner is a nice man. There is a lot of family that works there together. Grate location. It's good for young people to come grab a snack off the munchies menu it's just a grate grate place. The owner heard I didn't have a job and he offered me One! The morning line moved extremely slow. Understandable it was the breakfast rush. They also maybe under staff capacity. However, the service was very bad. When you pull up to the drive through you're told "Wait a minute" Whaaaa? The egg McMuffin was hot but burnt. After waiting about 15 minutes the sandwich wasn't worth the wait...
