Today is October 10 2021 and when I say this one location that needs to be shut down 1 Reason unprofessional 2 Managmaent services is very poor 3 Never answer the phone 4 No fresh food is never gaven out food is cold fries are greasy 5 All employees are disrespectful and not trained !!!! If I wanted to keep going on I will have more reasons why this location isn’t suitable for customers money !!!

My dasher waited in the drive-thru for 35 minutes only to get 2 burgers, 2 pies & a shake. My food was old, one of my burgers was half cooked, & I didn't get my shake. I could've gotten food poisoning if I wouldn't have checked the burgers.Do not go to this restaurant. They will disappoint you and you may get food poisoning

This place can't get an order that was repeated several times right. Went through drive thru. Pulled up and no one said anything for a few minutes. I said "Hello" a few times. Finally a response and the person taking the order just was not understanding after I politely repeated the order several times, understanding how bad it can be to work in food service. Had them repeat it back to me correctly and I pulled forward. The person collecting payment repeated the order to me incorrectly and I corrected them. I pay (my mistake for not checking the receipt after so much initial trouble) and pull forward. I collect the order and check the bag to see if anything obvious is missing. Nothing obvious missing, after glancing in the bag. After I pull away and get ready to eat I realize they got the order wrong, even after I was polite and patiently repeated what I wanted. Order was #4 w/o egg and an OJ instead of coffee; med strawberry smoothie; bacon, egg, and cheese McMuffin. The "bacon, egg, and cheese McMuffin" that I wanted turned out to be a "sausage, no egg, and double cheese McMuffin with bacon added." Wth. I didn't have the time to go back and complain.
