I love the Happy's Pizza in my area. I've gotten one bad order from them and I order often so that's not bad. The delivery is super quick but I have some issues with some of the delivery people not wanting to bring my order to my apt. I usually order on dialysis days and I don't be having the strength to go all the way down to the lobby but what they don't know is I tip any and everyone who does a service for me but if I gotta come down the elevator to the lobby to get my food now that 7.00 tip you was going to get for bringing it up turns in to 2.00 for inconveniencing me on my dialysis day. They probably thought I was one of these other people in this building that don't tip but people should never assume just do the job! Other than that my food always hot ohhhh don't ask for extra butter on the crust they will soak your crust with it that was a bad decision to do that.

I hate this place, it took almost 2 hours for delivery. I live literally around corner. They alway have all orders wrong and delivered cold. When you call to ask they basically say, oh well bring back for refund. Note, you had delivery and paid for that service. Everything all bad at this place... way over priced with nothing I seen that's worth these people taking your money for low grade service and food...I rate this place, below a 0.. more on my 4 piece chicken was cooked in fish grease. I told them about it, they denied and just said bring it back for a refund....mind you, I paid for delivery. Their ribs aren't smoked, they are cooked over fire quickly and very, chewy and tough. Just all bad for so much money

The pizza wasn't bad but the price was unreasonable 10 for a tiny pizza all in all I paid 18 for the pizza and a brownie

I won't order from from this chain again. I went to place an order for a sub w/fries online for delivery and when I tried to complete the order it wouldn't go through. I had to call. When I made the same order over the phone they charged me $2 extra until I told them the same order online was $2 less. I was told I wouldn't be charged the $2.
When I got my sub the bread was hard, peppers was hard, & I asked for no tomatoes. Fries were salty. When I checked the receipt I was still charged the extra $2.
I'm sorry but for what I paid for w/delivery, I could have kept my $$$ in my pocket or ordered down the road from B.C.'s and paid the same price for better quality. Too expensive to waste money on.

Just to note, I am well-manored and showed the utmost respect in this incident. My first time and probably only time ordering.
This was not a happy experience.
Waited over an hour very patiently and called respectfully asking whereabouts my order was. I requested wings, fries, and a large pizza. I was on hold when I called and noone answered. Then a women picked up. She said it would be here in 45mins to an hour. I told her it'd already been an hour and that I'm just a few blocks away. She said that there was no food there waiting at the store to be delivered. Meaning it was with a driver and that she had no way of knowing where my order was. No way to check my order? She said thank you and hung up on me.
2 hour delivery later, the food showed up. Cold as expected. The driver said nothing to me when he handed me the food and drove off. Pizza was greasy, fries soggy, and pizza was not great.
I'd give a second chance, but there are so many other pizza places that I could go to for a better experience.
Would give 0 stars if I could.

Takes more then 2 hours for them to deliver your stuff and I only live like 15mins away. Always forgets something and I have ordered and haven't even received my pizza even though I call and ask where is it and i get "oh its the next delivery out 😒". Over this place honestly idk why I even kept trying to see if it would get better because it never does! 😒😒😒😒😒😒

They cancelled my order but still charged my credit card. I've been trying to get a refund for 9 days . the manager is very disrespectful and rude. They do not care about customer satisfaction at all. If you ask me they're trying to run a scam and steal money because any other business would have gladly given me my money back immediately along with an apology. Order at your own risk

Good deals but food isn't consistent. Last time my son ordered from here, the pizza wasn't completely done. Cheese wasn't fully melted and the crust was doughy. Wings were very tasty, however we asked for sauce on the side and we didn't get the sauce when our food was delivered.
