Although the chicken here is always fresh and good the customer service is atrocious. Today my husband and I ordered 2 combo meals, a 3 piece chicken and a 3 piece tender combo which should have come with drinks, we said what we wanted and had to repeat it 3 times, it was pouring rain and my husband got soaked. She finally said pull around, when we did we get the food (sideways in the bag all the fries fell out) and she walked away. My husband asked where are the drinks she said you asked for a dinner not a combo ( we asked for a combo 3 times and said a coke and diet coke) she turned her back and ignored him and he was being polite. We realize we didn't get our change so he asked her where's our change ( we gave up on the drinks at this point we were tired and hungry) she says in the bag and walked away....... who puts dirty money dollar bills and loose change in with food that was falling out the box ! Needless to say we left and my dog Rambo enjoyed my dinner he said it was delish ( because I found change in with my food..) customer service seems bad everywhere now days which is a shame because this location has the best, hot chicken so I really hope they work on customer service.

I went inside to order 3 spicy chicken sandwiches to see what the hype is all about. Forget that drive-thru, it was too long! It was pretty much the normal wait time inside for anything else. Only two people ahead of me placing orders but a dining room full waiting on orders had me a little nervous. But wasn't bad still. The chicken sandwich though was pretty darn good. Probably my favorite fast food chicken sandwich at the moment, hands down. Nice soft bun, crisp breading on the chicken with pickle and sauce brought it all together so well. Plus the chicken was so fresh and hot! Nothing pre-made and just sitting there. I'd definitely go back soon for another!

The food still taste good. The price was decent. The customer service was excellent. I don’t think I’ve ever come across some one with such a nice demeanor. My only issue is, the strings that we have grown to love about this food chain are being discontinued. Missing the Cajun rice, green beans, etc, kinda takes away from the meal. I don’t eat fast food often, but when I do, I like a good balance. They no longer have that. But the young lady that was working the window was very pleasant, she explained that the change was made at a corporate level, and she even apologized. And though I know non of this was her doing; I still appreciated the gesture of apology for not meeting the customers’ expectations. So disappointed about the menu change but very satisfied with the customer service I received!

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would! I waited in line over 25 min just to even place my order! Then after I finally placed my order, I had to wait another 15 to even make it to the drive thru window! I saw one of the workers come out to smoke 2x while waiting in line! This is ridiculous. There is nothing fast about this fast food location, no one should have to wait nearly over 45 min to get a sandwich and some fries! They definitely need to address this issue with the drive thru wait times. The only thing that was decent was how friendly the lady was that took my order. 0/10 would recommend.

I stop in the drive thru because the line was short and the wait was long but it was worth the wait. The chicken delicious and hot. The side red beans and rice is always good. I got home coupons was in the mail. I got the special already 11 pcs for 13.99 with side total $19. So now I now there's coupons for more for less I will be back with the coupons for that good delicious food.
