Management: please please train your employees! I ordered a plain cinnamon spice tea, one of your main menu items. The person working clearly didn't know what it was or how to make it - I ended up with a regular iced tea, after almost receiving a tea latte. Clearly the person had not been properly trained. She made an excellent iced latte, so it was not for lack of talent or effort.

I've been coming here for years, and usually it is a nice treat while my kiddo is in the hospital. The last 6 weeks have been terrible! Awful service, sloppy staff, filthy door and counters, incorrect orders, and today was the worst coffee I have ever had. I wonder if they brewed it with sawdust and old socks? I am dumping my coffee and will never go back. Gas stations make better coffee than this place.

Standing here waiting for the barristas to get back from break. When idk. They did not write down a time they left on the paper they raped to the register. It's been 15 Minutes already and I'm 3rd in line waiting. This is not unusual and is completely ridiculous. Write down the time, and maybe when your store us in a hospital don't take a break at shift change and you'll make more money.

Seriously bad service. Waiting 15 minutes for a drink when there are only two people ahead of me is unacceptable. Additionally the man behind of me receiving his drink before me was infuriating. I have things to do that dont involve waiting so long for a beverage that I'm late for my job. Rating is F.

Cassia - as i entered biggby i didn’t see the barista so i say “hello”. I noticed her sitting down on her phone in the far right corner not paying attention. As soon she notice me she stands up and say “ what can i get you “ very rudely . I then say good morning she rolls her eyes and say “hi” so i order my usual turkey harvarti sandwich without cream cheese and two sides of mayo . She makes it. I look in the bag and notice no mayo so i asked can i get two sides of mayo she scrunches her face and say “what.. we don’t have mayo “ i then say “yes you do i order this sandwich everyday on my way to work “ so she says well where you get that from bc we don’t sell it matter fact who gives it to you bc we don’t carry mayo this is a coffee shop “ I’m a bit taken aback at the mannor of how she’s speaking to me and her ignorance of what her store carries not to mention her reminding me where i was . I politely ask her “can u check around please i know you guys carry it i come here everyday “ she rolls her eyes again and i say “ can i just have my money back “ and she laughs and say “yup” i cannot believe how unprofessional she was/is i get it’s 8am but that’s no way to treat your customer on top of her not willing to at least prove me wrong and check . Worst experience ever !

Absolutely horrible service now! It used to be great but the past few months I don't know how the owner even has these people working here. 3 people working this morning and they put a sign out they were closed for restocking for 15 minutes. The other day no one was even in the place! Absolutely horrible. Starbucks in Harper will put them out of business soon.
