Not bad really, I believe they have a military discount but I could be wrong. Food tastes okay, could've been a little more fresher and not taste like it's sat there for thirty minutes under a heat lamp. Pricing is decent I guess. Convenient location to the other businesses or things in the area. Might try again.

The person working the drive thru needs to listen more and talk less. I gave my order twice, she repeated it back wrong while still trying to suggest something I said I didn't want. She finally listened long enough to repeat my order back correctly and still gave me the wrong food. The food was hot and I didn't wait long but please learn to pay attention to the customers.

I know everyone has a tough night sometimes, but it is still our responsibility to remain polite, in ANY profession. After being beyond impatient & rude throughout our order, April, cashier 0002, sent us home with an incorrect order - it happens. However, typically the concern can be resolved. Unfortunately the experience only became worse. Upon calling the store April answered and basically stated we got what we paid for, and unless or receipt showed something different, she isn't fixing it! Our receipt wasn't even itemized! She then proceeded to tell us not only were they NOT going to fix the order - even if we brought the food back to show it was incorrect - call corporate, that there not going to argue with us, and hung up the phone! So, since receipts aren't itemized, basically they call tell you too go bent if they screw up your order! Definitely check your order BEFORE leaving, but my advice, Avoid this location altogether if you expect professional service. April was beyond ghetto rude - I can only imagine that all employees there behave in the same disrespectful fashion! I'm not even sure corporate cares about their employees behavior at this point!

I do not like food kept under warming lights I asked for fresh food (Fish). I received a fish that was under the microwaving lights must have been all day, I had to return 5 miles to correct the order and they did nothing for inconvenience but sandwich was replaced..fresh fries was not even given to us..

Most of the time the place is under staffed so don't be in hurry. I don't use a credit cards here anymore since one time one of the workers decided to give himself a $10 tip, the manager corrected it when I went back to window but why would they even have that option at a fast food joint. Cash only from now on. Food is usually good though, no complaints about that.
