Well, after a long wait in line for a bacon burger, I got absolutely no bacon. Otherwise things were made good, but not getting what you order is a no from me.

I gave this Wendy's 3 stars ONLY because at the time of my visit, they were out of nearly everything I order when I choose to go to Wendy's. The one particular item that Wendy's is known worldwide for is their chocolate frosty and on this day they did not have any. 😪 However, the staff at this location were incredibly kind and patient and their actions requires me to not give Wendy's a 1 star rating.

They should be ashamed of themselves for the service they dishing out. My cousin ordered a 4 for 4 . Her meal consist of some cold crunchy fries, nuggets were also cold . So she ask can she get it fresh we will wait. They gave her the same meal. They drop the same nuggets and fries 🍟 and make metters worst. She asked for condiments.they didn't have ketchup,no ice,. And only honey mustard sauce.

Service is always busy. I went on Mother's Day it was khaotic. I go on regular day of the week still busy. Food is always fresh. Gave me spicy nuggets instead of regular but I was already home.

Lied and said the system was down because they were ready to go home. Once we pulled by the window they had just taken a card from what they wanted to be their last customer

Fries be cold and halfway filled everytime I go there. I spoke with them about the very small amount of fries they give they and how their never fresh, they told me the manager tells them they can’t fill the box.. what am I paying for a large for then!
