We had our wedding reception here on the 4th May and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Our wedding coordinator Carly was amazing, always making sure we were happy and nothing was ever too much of an ask. The BBQ was amazing and went down well with all of our guests. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a wedding venue. Also got plenty of amazing pictures for us always to remember. Thank you to all the team for making our day special.

Fantastic family meal in a friendly atmosphere surrounded in beautiful surroundings. Very attentive, staff always on hand and so polite. We even had the pleasure of meeting with the owner who spent time with us at our table. The passion to please was obvious. We will be going again very soon. Highly recommend the sizzlers! Erin one of our waiters was outstanding and ensured my child had her dinner adjusted to suit her wishes.

We booked a table for 13 as a surprise meal for my Aunties 70th birthday. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the the dining room was clean and nicely set out. Our meals arrived hot and and with no errors. The food was beautiful and we had empty plates all round (including the kids who can be hard to please!) Thank you for a lovely evening. We will definitely be coming back!

My parents celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on 14 March 2024 at Thornhurst Manor. We'd just like to say a big thank you to all staff involved. You made it a wonderful occasion. Everyone was lovely and accommodating from the planning stage to the party itself. The buffet was really good and everyone enjoyed it. We had a great experience overall. Thanks again!

We had the most wonderful afternoon tea at thornhurst manor today. The food was fresh and really tasty, the cake was amazing, there was a lot of variety, and enough that we all took some home. Fantastic service from all the staff that looked after us,and took the time to interact with us. We can't wait to come back, highly recommended.

I came today for the 3-course Sunday lunch with my partner and 2 kids. Staff were very fast to seat&serve us. They were also fast to clear our plates&dishes when we’d finished and fast bringing out our next course. We each enjoyed all of the food served to us and will definitely be back again for Sunday lunch! Thornhurst is one of, if not our most favourite place for food&drinks as the food is lush every time, as well as being very reasonably priced and it’s just overall a lovely place in general, hence why we also chose&got married here last month. Which I also want to add Carly went above&beyond to help us plan the exact day we wanted and made sure that on the day things ran smoothly and we were always happy with every detail and aspect, which may I add the place looked so stunning and all staff were on hand during the day to keep it perfect. Each person complimented the buffet food, especially the pie & chips and someone also mentioned how they don’t normally like coleslaw but absolutely loved the coleslaw that was part of the buffet. You can sure tell that a lot of the food is made fresh! We wouldn’t have wanted to get married anywhere else, that’s for sure!

The staff are amazing people that are extremely pleasant. I had a Sunday lunch today and it was amazingly cooked tasted and tasted beautiful. I was fortunate enough to be there during the Wedding Fair Event and the building was set up stunningly it looked amazing. Well done to everyone that works there what an amazing show !!!!!
