phoned at short notice asked for a table for two for in about 15 mins wasn't a problem arrived to a lovely,cozy atmosphere and very welcoming, attentive staff , who couldn't be more helpful, the choice of food was brilliant not to much choice but just enough, couldn't decide between a very enticing burger of the special board or a 10oz sirloin steak, ended up having the steak and it was to die for cooked to perfection we did want it to end absolutely fantastic, pice wise i think we definitely got our money's worth , 2 starters, 2 10oz sirloin steaks plus sauce , 3 pepsi amd 3 verry nice pints £80 no complaints from us , will definitely be returning thanks to everyone at harvey arms 👍👍

Update 12/02/23 Great Sunday lunch today, beef, pork, turkey dinner or normal menu on offer. Very tasty, warm and the cauliflower cheese was epic. Cost was very reasonable in my opinion, family of 5, 2 adults and 2 courses just over £50. Traditional pub 🍻 good selection of drinks/ale on offer. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks for having us today 💞 Really nice meal had by the family 👍

Called here today for lunch. Lovely place, comfortable and friendly staff. We ordered the battered cod and steak and ale pie. The cod fillet was very thin, even though the beer batter was spot on, it would have been perfect with more fish. As for the pie the filling was delicious but the pastry was far too thick and heavy. It's not the nicest being criticized for all your hard work but I'm hoping these minor observations will be taken on board in a constructive way as the majority of our meal was enjoyed.
