Pizza buffet was good. This is the second time we’ve been there since March and both times the ice machine wasn’t working.

Everything as I love pizza the whole experience was 100% my evening was great all round India and Phoebe did really well very friendly indeed

Very good food and service. Easy to find and clean too, even with phone charger sockets at some of the booth seats. Very quick to change the Beyond Pepperoni Pizza we ordered to have the cheese alternative when we realised we'd ordered 'regular' cheese by mistake!

Great food which arrived very hot & fresh, tasted amazing! Just can be very expensive without the use of deals. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Totally cashless now. Have to order via app or screen. Quite frustrating. Waitresses were lovely and extremely helpful.

Booked the table online with no issues.
Not sure everyone will like the new way of ordering but was no issue for us. Scan the qr code and order from your phone.
Even though it was a busy Sunday afternoon the buffet was constantly updated with fresh pizzas.
All the staff were lovely.
I would definitely recommend to book and not just turn up on a whim, you'll either wait quite some time for a table or not get one at all.

2023 ordered via the Q code which is much more smoother experience. Again, large party so a bit of a wait for food. Pizza was up to standard, but again, a wait for desserts.
I don't like giving a tip online as I never know if they receive it, so this needs to be made better.
We are a large party but everything seems to be wrong. Received food 1hr 40 minutes after our booking time, and finished over 3 hrs after we arrived. everything in the place was missing, ran out or just broke. if you visit when its quite, i expect that you would have a great meal, if its busy it seems to fall apart.
staff were really understanding, and agreed with the customers complaints and basically put it down to there not being sufficient levels of trained staff to cope with the demand.

The service from welcome to goodbye was excellent. The quality of the food was good. Both of the front-of-house staff members were attentive and friendly.
The only negative was the quality of the loo paper.

Great value for kids a little pricey for adults, but to be fair you can get your money's worth on refill and the salad bar.
Everything is ordered through a QR code table no. And brought to your table. So if you order a kids meal with the ice cream 🍦 factory included the staff bring over a bowl and spoon 🥄🥣 etc.
It took me around 10 minutes to complete my order for 2 and approximately 15 minutes for the pizza 🍕 to land at our table. I went for the BBQ chicken and fries and salad bar bowl. It all tasted pretty good. The pizza 🍕 was a little harder than I'd like for a thin.crust, but went down all the same.
Clean restaurant with a few areas needing some TLC (seats etc)
Good access and clean toilets.
