Ace Pizza And Kebab House

Sack your delivery driver!!!!! He's a lier..... Despite what I heard him say on the other line he DID NOT deliver my order that was payed for online. You order online and have to pay instantly but you expect me to wait 5 days for a refund, I think not. Be careful people there staff cannot be trusted.

Food was absolutely lovely and delivered on time however when our food arrived we were a garlic bread short. After informing the driver he shrugged and said 'shops busy' and 'call shop' before leaving without another word. He could not have been more rude if he tried. Called the shop and told them what had happened and they sent a free bottle of coke by way of apology. Like I say food was excellent and staff over the phone were excellent just let down by their driver who if he doesn't like his job should go find another one.

Me and my family have been regulars at Ace for a while now, the food used to be delicious, best take away going. However recently it seems that they’ve tried to reduce costs and the quality of the food has become very poor (chips are soggy, not much potato in them, stale bread and the burger patties don’t have much flavour) disappointing because we all used to enjoy getting an Ace takeaway as a family
