Mcdonald's

Excellent service from this restaurant. From ordering at the kiosk to recieving my order within 2 minutes. The quickest service I've experienced from any McDonalds. Note: The restaurant WAS busy, as this visit was at 12pm The calling of order numbers was very clear, although restroom maintenance was slightly short. But I'll let that slide because of the service level. Ordering can only be made on ground level, with disabled access.

I took my son and his friends here after visiting a trampoline park for his birthday. I needed to order 15 meals and Dawn and her team pulled this off perfectly, even though we arrived during the busy lunch time period. The lady with the pot on her arm (I didn't get her name) patiently took my large order and had someone cover an extra till so as not to cause disruption to the other customers. There was plenty of seating upstairs so we all managed to sit together, which was nice. The food was ready really quickly and brought upstairs. The lady working the tables upstairs was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for her - even though we were probably quite demanding on her! It could have been a stressful experience for me having to organise such a big order for so many kids, but thanks to whole team at this branch it was smooth sailing - I actually enjoyed doing it!! 😊 Visited 11/02/23

I've knocked a star off purely for the lack of vegetarian options (companys problem not he restaurants) . I wanted something in a bun so I asked if I could egg/cheese on a bun which they willingly did. So I was very pleased. It would be good if you did hash brown with egg or hash brown with egg and cheese. Or bring back the bagels (please)
