Mozza Pizzeria Napoletana

Exquisitely traditional experience of Italian cuisine This is the type of traditional italian experience that I would return to time and time again. Their menu is kept simple though the food itself is of excellent quality flavour. The parmesan used on the salad is very tasty and giving extra parmesan for the table is such a wonderful touch. The pizza was fresh and the base was made exceptionally - it held together with the toppings. Service was professional and warm.

Ok. Was a busy Friday night so can understand the staff were a bit all over the place, but it was difficult getting attention from the waitstaff. And they don't so seem to be and to help, one having to refer to a colleague to take my wine order. Food was just ok, good selection but not so flavoursome or fresh tasting. Had the Gnocchi Pomodoro

A delightful surprise to find this high quality pizza place tucked inside a shopping centre. The pizza is beautiful Italian home-made style, and the entire restaurant is beautifully appointed. The staff were amazing, and I even had a chance to personally speak to the owner. I will definitely be coming back

I was so excited to eat at your restaurant but was greatly disappointed for multiple reasons. 1. the waitress would not leave us (only 2 of us) alone the entire time. constantly interrupting our conversation to refill our water, clear plates when we were still chewing and they could not read the room. we still had our faces in the menu and were clearly still deciding what to eat however they came over prematurely twice to ask if we were ready to order. it ruined the privacy and atmosphere. 2. my partners food came out so long before mine, they were finished eating as mine was set down in front of me. my pizza wasn’t cut properly so i asked for it to be taken back and cut all the way through, only to get it back cut in 8 pieces and still none of the cuts went through the base. which wouldn’t be an issue if the knives were sharp enough to cut through it. 3. that pizza base !!! soggy and disgusting in the middle, doughy and burnt on the outside. my partners gnocchi was delightful. 4. our turnaround time was half an hour, quick service however we could not get out of there quick enough. once my pizza came out after my partner finished eating, and it was the sad disappointment that it was, we left immediately. barely touched the pizza and wasted good money. please teach your chefs to cook and your staff restaurant etiquette. this place has potential but i won’t be giving it another chance and won’t be recommending it to friends and family.

What a pathetically run business. Had a family birthday lunch booked for today, only for us to show up and find the restaurant closed “due to staff shortages”. No effort to make contact and let anybody know!?!? Day ruined. Bizarre stuff. Highly unprofessional. Was it an unfortunate miscommunication where you possibly forgot? One would certainly hope so.
