They need to hire people that can read and understand orders. Everytime I go here my order is wrong, I'm allergic to dairy but they always put cheese on my stuff, I constantly repeat my order to them only to have chesse on it. I can't name one time I've went here and didn't have to check them about it. Not lactose I'm ALLERGIC!!!!! But Krystal's is my favorite place to eat, but not this one. Just waited on UberEATS for a hr only for my stuff to be wrong..🤦🏾‍♀️smdh

I ordered off door dash the 5 cheese crystal meal and by the time I got half way done with the first one the burger was still pink and cold . I looked at all of them and they were all the same also when you try to call no one answers I have called 5 times and nothing !!! NOT happy at all with this place and will not order from there again :) ( this is a edit ) and the number they left below for me to call is out of service!!! I also went to the link and filled everything out still haven’t heard anything from them :) what great service these people have !!!

My food overall was very good. However I had to wait on fries which isn't that big of a deal except that the fry container was only half full after waiting. I ordered three cheese Krystals none of which had pickles or mustard (didn't know y'all changed the burgers) and two of them had the cheese stuck to the bottom of the box because it wasn't on the burger correctly. You would think that while waiting on the fries to cook they'd have time to build the burgers more neatly.

The disrespect at this location was shocking. It was our first time visiting and glad to see they serve breakfast. We left without our food because the woman at the drive thru was very rude for no reason. It wasn't busy at all. They didn't appear to be short staffed.. We will drive farther next time where we know our service is appreciated.

They said it was a shift change as soon as pulled to the window that would take twenty minutes at 10:15 pm and he wanted me to come back and told me I needed to go and then come back because then corporate would call because of the red screen when I said I’d wait it was no problem all of a sudden two minutes later the gentleman said never mind I can take your order???? I don’t know what they have going on but they need to do better I think since I was the only one who refused to go because I didn’t want to lose my place in line they let me stay and took my order everyone else behind me was told to go smh they need a manager that’s on point night shift it seemed like they were having some kind of dysfunction inside not a shift change
