I ordered my daughter a ice cream birthday cake. I talked to a young lady when I ordered the cake and what kind I wanted. I asked for a Oreo cake but was given chocolate cake and chocolate ice cream. The manger gave $2.00 off. The cake was dry and did not taste fresh.

Always ask for an itemize receipt!!!! This place will charge you for large ice cream and give you a small portion. The prices are crazy high! $4.50 for a kiddie ice cream and it was literally the size of a golf ball in a cup! I’ll never go back

The ice cream is great but the young lady had an attitude when it came to confirming that my substitutions we're made - due to food sensitivities. I already signed my receipt and unfortunately gave a tip for a sour attitude.

This location has small waffle cones while advertising the larger ones, therefore providing smaller ice cream scoops at the regular price. Claim there is only 1 size waffle cone. Check out other locations on the north side.

If I could leave 0 starts I would . It’s March 17th 10:20pm and I came to get ice cream because the lights were on and I saw a worker with blonde hair on the window clear as day , the hours said they don’t close till 11pm . The lights were on when I pulled in and as soon as I got to the drive through the employees cut Off the lights and act as if they didn’t hear me ask at the mic if they’re open . I pulled around just to see employees sitting in their car and the girl that was at the window when I pulled in disappeared to the back . Terrible customer service smh

The ice cream is good. My issue is the high prices, small servings and no military discount. I'll stick to Cold Stone Creamery 😋

The ice cream is great but there are times like this one where I asked for regular ice cream a mixing with two toppings I'm informed that the payment will be more and that's fine but when I get my ice cream I get less toppings than when I pay regular price for one and less ice cream I don't understand that otherwise the ice cream is great and things are great not today.
