Steak 'n Shake

Not impressed with this location. My mom and I decided to try hoping for something different. Was not impressed. Descriptions and images sure dont match the food delivered. Quality was low at best. Staff where mediocre in customer service. When shown respect and even told "thank you" the guy at the window could not even fake a "welcome" back. Won't be back to this location.

Worst fast food facility in Douglasville. Have never had a good experience here. Property is always dirty and understaffed, even before covid. Employees are incredibly rude and 98% of the time theu will get your order wrong. Do not leave the drive-thru without opening everything and checking it. Our most recent visit was our last. An employee was behind my car lighting firecrackers while I was trying to order at the drive-thru. I asked for a manager multiple times and was told I could call back the next day. I asked the person to stop setting off the firecrackers because it was scaring my kids and they told me just to place my order and get on. And of course, they got our order wrong and then yelled at us when we asked them to remake it. I seriously hate this establishment. And it sucks because I love the franchise.

Their shakes were awful. I don't know how a milkshake can taste BURNT or like some kind of chemical.. I got 2 different flavors that both tasted that way, then got 2 more different ones, same thing. Their burgers were good but I'm still mad about the shakes 😅😑 drive-thru was packed by the way so don't plan on a quick trip, lobby not open

This review is from a recent experience this past week last week. I went to get my fiance something to eat. I ordered it in the drive-through. I ordered it wrong and the restaurant was kind enough to remake it but they did not remake it the way I ordered it. I ordered 2 fresco melts I did not know they had sauce on them which is what I forgot to take off, But I ordered it with extra meat that it's on my receipt.. So when the restaurant remaid my sandwiches with no sauce they wanted to argue with me about my extra meat. Yes there's 2 patties on the sandwich that I paid for more is made for more. I had never ordered the sandwich ever . I did not approve of the cook coming off and catching an attitude with me over the sandwich that I paid $20 for. I even gave my receipt to them them. The phone number is disconnected so you can't even call the restaurant and I was brought and I wasn't coming back a 4th time For somebody to spit in my fiance food.

This is not a corporate Steak N Shake. Therefore, the menu is different and to be honest so is the food. There aren't any waitresses, you order your food at the counter. No napkins or condiments on the tables. The milk shakes are watered down. The only good thing about this place is the manager; she is a delight.
