Kfc

I understand that fast food can be extremely overwhelming and frustrating at times however, you cannot forget your trainings, especially food safety and serve safe. I worked food service before and I understand the struggles but, I never forgot to provide the best customer service possible. I ordered food from this spot via DoorDash because they now serve beyond nuggets. When I received my order, my food was extremely cold and items were missing…… I was extremely disappointed not only that, the dasher advised me that he got into an argument with a worker because he wanted to ensure my food was up to par.

I go to kfc often, this is by far the worst one, i only get the famous bowl cause you cant mess it up. second time going here in a year months apart with the same results. they add more corn than potatoes and basically 5 pieces of chicken this is by far the worst kfc i have ever went to, bad practices, shorting food and making it wrong is not okay. also in the photo i moved all my food to one side.

Most of the time it's a disaster!! The food is usually not good. It's a shame for the restaurant to be so close to our home, but we rarely eat there!! The chicken sandwich was quite good, however, as usual, everything else was awful!! Mostly dried out, greasy chicken and old, dried out sides. Even though we tried to make corporate aware of the problems, nothing has ever been done to change it, in 5 years!! 😟 Such a shame.

Worst KFC I have ever been to. Was the only customer and they still managed to get my order completely wrong. Was not given or even asked if I wanted a receipt. When I came back, instead of admitting they miss heard me and that they messed up, they insisted I told them the wrong thing and refused to refund unless I came inside. Not sure who the lady was, was dressed like a manager or something, had the absolute worst attitude about the situation, rather than a willingness to help resolve the issue or apologize she would rather argue and insist it isn’t their fault. Ended up not going in for the refund because I was already in a rush to be somewhere and was already late due to having to turn around for the wrong order. My first and last time coming to this location. It’s no wonder the drive through is always empty. Do not come here.

I've tried this place twice and each time has been a disaster. I am done. I ordered a breast and wing combo and received two breasts. One was hard and old and the other one had no skin. The coleslaw was WARM. Gross. I called the location and they were basically like oh well. Will be reporting to corporate office.
