Taco Bell

Some of the BEST service I've ever received at a Taco Bell. We got Chick Fil A... service, so you know its the real deal. They had a delicious strawberry lemonade. A very sweet surprise! Our order was given to us correctly. Loved that. The gentlemen at the window was smiling, courteous and an efficient being.We complimented him for the wonderful service with a smile. My cousin stated he must be new. Never seen him before. He even gave us 2 tickets for a free taco. My only complaint was one of my tacos wasn't wrapped too well so everything fell out while grabbing the neighbouring taco. Life. My food was extra tasty today. Thanks for a lovely experience!

I gave this place a lower rating several months ago, however, the young kids working there saved this newer rating. The dining room had a couple of people eating there and another person coming out as I was trying to get in when a young man, politely told me the dining room was closed. A little perturbed I went through the drive thru and when came up to the window to pay for my order, the young man apologized for the dining room being closed. It is good to see young people being responsible and polite. This young man is responsible for this 5 star rating. Kudos to the workers there. Keep up the good work ethic.

Their service seems to being slower, customer service getting less and less polite and accurate, with portion is getting smaller and smaller. I ordered a bean burrito with cheese, it seemed to have barely a pinch of cheese, and so little beans it looked like a cheesey roll up. A third of the time we order at this location we wind up having to go back because something was wrong or missing. I would recommend checking your order before you pull away if you ordered drive through.

I won't be back but be careful, they'll take an online order and have the doors locked when you get there saying they close 30 minutes prior to when you placed your order. I've never left a review before, this has happened twice though. Worked at Taco Bell myself, Papa John's too. Close the store, close your system too. Or call those that can. Not hard man. Foods alright when they do have it open

It's so sad how a few unmannerly, disrespectful, no class having people, can cause a businesses to have a horrible reputation. I'm well aware not everyone in the building acts like that. If I could give my experience a 0, I would. And...it was coming from the trashy acting, ill-tempered, rude shift manager. I will be calling their corporate office.
