5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ over a 3 year period and into the future ! Met Jenny and Peter, wonderful people! I have seen Jenny in action, as she conducted training.... Jenny, thank you for saying my outfit looked "festive" Today's visit was for a Diwali celebration and selection of the cake (see picture of a similar one). Recognition: I missed getting some names; however, I would like to recognize the following team members for their: 1. Excellent customer service 2. Attention to detail and, 3. Friendliness in handling my food/drink order Maika ensured the right cake was brought to the back for a baker to write " Happy Diwali ! " in chocolate. Kari checked on the status as I waited patiently at the end of the counter. Last week's visit, Allison (sp?) handled my food and drink order at the register and ensured the correct spelling of my name, just like BTS member, V. One, two, three, four, FIVE Stars ! Shout out to Grace at the checkout counter. Great customer service and demonstrated a genuine concern for the customer. Bought a cake and was going to sit down for a while and Grace offered to keep the cake in the refrigerator until it was time for me to leave. Good recommendations on pastries and coffee as well - I appreciate the attention to detail. Keep it up Grace and your customers will keep coming back! 👍👍👍
