Cold Stone Creamery

It always feels like a dream getting a customized icecream from here! The only time it feels like a nightmare is when my container runs out and the are closed. I even like how there's chocolates in the same shop! My girlfriend always gets a carmel apple and I love the truffles. Staff is so nice at this location, very helpful too!

I kid you not. This Cold Stone Creamery is AMAZING! Don't listen to any of the one star reviews. Most of them are complaining because of stale products and low quality service. ABSOLUTELY FALSE! During this pandemic, CSC has picked up in terms of quality more than any other Cold Stone I have been to. The managers, especially the man with glasses, are extremely kind. The ice cream is literally refreshed every ~2 hours; everything is hyper tasty. I remember coming here a year ago and this kind server by the name of Manu talked to me in fluent Japanese. I was so delighted by his kindness and fluency that I tipped him 2 dollars! Though I cannot visit this Cold Stone (because of COVID-19), I will always remember Manu and the amazing caramel apples. I was so happy after watching a movie and talking with employees at Cold Stone -- again, if you want a server, ASK FOR MANU. Their prices are completely fair; most of those complaining are NOT SEPERATING DELIVERY FEES from their total. God Himself has blessed this Cold Stone.

I've been to this Cold Stone location a few times on the way to and from those summer afternoon movies we all love to go take in. The counter staff have always been helpful and polite and personable. The Cold Stone ice cream that we've all come to know and love is shining in it's ever-present milk-fatty glory here the same as it is at all franchise locations. The fifth star would be tacked on if there was maybe a little more thought into the layout of the customer portal. On any given day, the inside seating could have you rubbing elbows with people in line, or stuffed into the dark corner behind a bush. Just kind of a wonky flow as you come in, have your customer experience, and then dribble out from the cash register. Guess you could always just plan on sitting outside, where there is plenty of room everywhere.
