Graeter's Ice Cream

I have always been very impressed with the customer service at Graeters, but today, Joe went above and beyond. I had forgotten my debit card at home and only had 14 dollars. Joe tried to give me my 22 dollar order for the 14 I had. Of course I could not accept but that was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. My family and I will definitely be customers for life! The ice cream is always fantastic too 😊

I was out walking and felt my blood sugar drop. Graeters was there but I didn't have a mask. They were not even open yet so I waited till it opened and I was the only person there but they would not let me in even if I covered my face in my shirt. I explained my sugar dropped and needed something to bring it back up so I could walk back home. 'Nope' was the answer given to me by the employee. I was shaking and waited for someone else to come by at least 45 minutes outside to get someone else to go in and buy something so I could walk back home. No other customers but me in the store and I explained my blood sugar was low but he still wouldn't let me in to buy and I received a strong 'Nope'........shameful America has come to this.
