Tommy's Pizza

We ordered through door dash and when we received our order two of three pizzas were wrong and two were burnt along with the sub. I called the store because I have a food allergy and this item was on our cheese pizza on the first slice I picked up. There was a young girl who answered I told her we just got our order from door dash she interrupted me and said you need to call them there is nothing we can do. I explained to her they made my order wrong and with items I’m allergic too she said it doesn’t matter. I asked her name she said I will not tell you who I am I asked to speak with a manager or owner I was told they were too busy and they would tell me the same thing she is telling me. Then I was told I could sit on hold for 15-30 min if I wanted to talk to them. I called back after reaching out to door dash and they blocked my number. I have always went to campus and Never had this issue with customer service or bad food!! This was my first and last time at the dublin location! First picture burnt second is my mushroom bacon and pepperoni pizza. With just pepperoni.

This place has the best pizza around if you like the cracker style crust. Really, it's amazing. Unfortunately other than that it is the worst run restaurant. I can deal with alot to get a good pizza,but I have been hung up on one too many times. And it's tiring to come there on any sort of busy night for pickup. They tell you 20-30 mins then put you in a separate room where they make you wait another 20-30 mins. And that's if they don't forget about you. The employees are either super rude or completely worthless. All the tables appear to be from the 90's at best. Which I was willing to deal with up until now. Think I'm done with them.
