Chipotle Mexican Grill

I found a fake fingernail in my meal after I ate half of it! Called back to talk with a “manager”. Someone claimed that he is a “manager” but I doubt he is. First he tried to deny that could came from his store. Then he was acting like he is taking my info to file the incident, then he said someone will contact me about that without showing any responsibility. He did not even apologize about what happened, and did not offer a refund. I am not sure what kind of precautions they are taking during Covid if someone can find a fake fingernail in their meal.

Terrible service today. 4:00PM and they were out of fajita vegetables, scraping the bottom of all the meat containers, and skimping on portions. I've never seen such a tiny bowl. This is after ordering "extra" on every ingredient (except meat). Probably won't be back. Plenty of other, better, options in the area

The customer service is rude, the portions are small even if you order double, but the food tastes good and they really come off as being a clean facility. I eat here regularly because I work nearby. If not, I'd go elsewhere for a better facility. In my pic below, I finally received an appropriate serving size bringing my score up to a 3/5

There was no flavor at all except for an over amount of spices and salt. Not that spice is a bad thing, but it can be bad if that the only flavor in the meal. Seriously, eating there food actually felt like an challenge to see how long you can stand there food. I made it over halfway, but I eventually gave up. And now I decided to never eat here again
