Every single time I come here there is a problem. And I have ordered 3-4 times always hoping it’d be better and it’s not. My coffee is more milk than coffee, even when I PAY for an extra shot of expresso. I never have any utensils with my orders. How am I supposed to eat my food lol?? Just a waste of time every time.

Coffee here is WEAK!
I posted a photo, it looks like tea, but it’s actually their iced coffee (cup doesn’t have ice added) to show you how they water it down. I have not had the weak iced coffee issue at other Panera locations. It is consistently awful. I have the coffee subscription so I know this isn’t an accident.
The hot coffee here is also bitter. How hard is it to operate a drip machine?

Great experience with curbside pick up today.
Guy bringing my food out to me was friendly, the food was ready on time and hot, and it was all delicious.
Everything was accurate and super tasty. I will definitely return to this Panera.

So disappointed, I love Panera but I stopped here today to pick up some Macaroni and Cheese for my daughter. It was to go. It cost 9.29 for a large order and as you can see from the picture it was ridiculously over priced for what they gave me. It wasnt even full. Not even really 3/4. It may be good but definitely never buying again at that price. I can make a huge batch for less. What is the world coming to?

This place is a joke. First of all, the service is slow. Second, they welcome all loitering for all teenagers and students to take up what little seating they have open to just play on their laptops. No food purchase necessary and because of this, there is no where to sit if you ARE planning on dining in for lunch. I won't be back- let them go out of business by becoming a library or study hall!

Oh My God. They had hair in my salad. I complained then brought me a salad without the dressing.
The lady who made the salad looked like she just got out of bed, asking her colleagues how to make the salad.
The manager who brought the 'news salad looked liked he hadn't taken a bath in a week !!

The Mediterranean veggie made vegan was really pretty good! Just ask for no cheese and one of the vegan breads they have. (I had rustic sourdough. Super yummy.)

The menu has shrunk significantly. They don't even have paninis anymore! It's been a while since I have dined here, so not sure if it is related to the pandemic, or if they are trying to perfect a smaller selection, but either way, they are way over priced for what they have to offer in terms of entrées. It's best to stick to the bakery section, which is made fresh daily, rather than poured from a bag and reheated. The bakery is really the only thing setting them apart from Starbucks.
