Subway

Ordered through the app, showed them my confirmation receipt. The owner told me there is a glitch in his system and that even though I paid and corporate has my money that he will not give me my food?! Extremely unprofessional throwing the customer around and not accepting responsibility. They said it's not the first time either! Either get off the app (which you advertise on the TV in store) or fulfill the orders! You can't turn down customers after they paid and subway has their money! If there is an issue between the store and corporate. We shouldn't be made to pay for it!! My first bad experience at any subway store. Very very disappointed. Save your money and time. Go some where else.

So the food is good the facility is clean but it rates really poor and I want to tell you why. There should not be somebody working the cashier with English as a second language or even a fourth language. By this I mean I had to repeat my order at least 10 times I had a point to stuff using hand signals. This guy was super slow he should get an award for being so slow he would win the world’s slowest pace award. the attitude matched the service.

They don't care about you. Even if you complain thru Subway website, somehow it finds its direct way to the store management/owner and you receive a generic apology with a few mentions. Don't fool yourself without reading all the reviews and discerning the factual, experienced ones from mere endorsements.

The Subway closest to my house does not currently have sit-down service so I make the trip to this location. It is worth it! The staff here is friendly and conscientious. They always let me know if I have rewards on my Subway card and ask if I would like to use them. (At other Subway locations, they don’t seem to care, don’t say anything, and just seem to want to check me out as quickly as possible, so the rewards just expire.) I wouldn’t have expected a Subway inside a Walmart to be this accommodating.

I had a coupon for a buy a 6” sub meal get a 6” sub free. I went to check out and got cookies instead of chips. He tried to ring up the cookies separate then I asked if it was part of the meal and he cancelled the transaction, but then he rang everything up separately so a 6” sub meal ended costing me $8.22. What the freak I would rather go to Chipotle, how does a bogo coupon bring it to $8. It’s always a surprise getting to the cash register because none of the prices match the menu. Don’t go here you can get more for less at a different restaurant.

One of the new cashiers is the most rude person I ever seen in my life,,,they should fire her because I will never come back to order with them,and that's how they lose their customers by putting rude people in there The only thing I asked her for is to change her gloves for me because I'm vegetarian,and she just ignored me, and went to stand by the other associate like nobody is waiting for their sandwich Supeeeeeeeer rude They should train her how to be nice to the customers first What a shame
