It's a shame that the food is really good, because the Dublin location is pretty terrible. Ordered it 4 times, two of the times it was at least a half hour late. The one time I even went inside to pick it up instead of getting it delivered and stood waiting for forty minutes passed when they said it would be ready just waiting for some cheesy bread. They largely ignored that I had been standing there then barely apologized after finally giving me my food. Good food overall, but don't expect them to get it to you in a timely manner.

On Friday I submitted a take out order at 3pm for pick up at 5:30pm upon arrival my order was not ready. I waited for 30 minutes + seated in a chair and basically ignored by staff who didnt even seem apologetic what so ever. During this time frame I watched half of the staff not properly wear their masks if at all. It was extremely disappointing and disheartening to see. Just because your staff doesn't take the pandemic seriously doesn't mean it's ok. Seems like this location really needs a better system & training.
