Great service except be careful not to get the Zaxby's mixed up once you order on line. We did so by the time we figured it out our food was cold but it wasn't Zaxby's fault. Just a word of caution there's one by the interstate (100 travel something) and one by pizza hut on Hwy 26.

Fantastic chicken tenders, crinkle cut fries and slaw. The staff was good. The chicken tender sauce was their special blend of spices given it a thousand islands texture and appearance. The restaurants theme was a cross between a pub, nostalgia and hypes. Wishing Zaxby's will come to Detroit!!

Messed up the order in the car in front of us...just a nibbler sandwich....waited three minutes to clear that up. Our order, told him three times ' nuclear sauce' then corrected him and he still got it wrong. He asked if I wanted double fries instead of coleslaw. I said no, I wanted coleslawI
Got double fries. When I complained to the drive thru host she said ' yeah, I know, he can't hear well '. I guess they don't care...

The drive thru was very long. My order ended up being half wrong. The foo was hot though

I didn't see anybody outside taking orders so I drove around to the window because I waited at the speaker box for 5 minutes and when I got to the window then I guess manager Chasity took my order and payment but she was very rude and she acted like it was a problem. Other than that the food was good and I'll recommend the food to anyone

I love Zaxby's but we were traveling and had hoped to stop and eat inside. Other restaurants in the area were open for dine in. So I was disappointed we couldn't eat in. I'll be back.
