Horrendous don't go to this pizzeria. My adult autistic son went by himself to order a gluten free/dairy free pizza on Sunday. No visible menus, asked girl at counter "can I have gluten free/dairy free pizza please" she replied "yeah" she didn't give him options for sizes available or offers that were on. My son then asked what could he have on it, she replied "toppings" in a sarcastic tone! At this stage my son is clearly anxious and agitated and asked for chicken and pepper. Got his pizza and dip and came back to car. Had a meltdown. Opened pizza box, they didn't bother to slice it! Pizza was nice but my son who is highly lactose intolerant went to use dip given and guess what! It contained milk, absolutely raging that dip if my son had eaten it would have been a trip to a&e! Owner please educate your staff on basic customer service and how to be inclusive of everyone.

This is the third time in four orders that I have recieved the wrong pizza. The details on the exterior label is correct but the pie in the box is completely wrong. Wrong sauce, wrong meats. Just wrong. I contacted your store at 11:23pm and informed your staff of the error. Initially your staff could not find my order, then did, no apology was offered by your staff but he committed to sending the correct order immediately. It has now been over an hour and fifty four minutes and still no delivery. This is simply inexcusable customer service. You have taken my money and delivered a pizza ordered by another customer, who themselves are in the very position that I am in and have made no attempt to contact me to confirm that I am to even recieve what I had actually ordered. Fool me once, shame on you,fool me three times, well, the proverb ended at twice. Now I feel doubly foolish
I have been in touch with the store and have been told by staff that a full refund will be processed. Great, let's see if they can fulfil this very simple task. I will update this post with the results.

I have been onto the store today and have been assured by a very kind and helpful staff member called Patricia that my refund will be processed over the next 5 working days. If all your staff where as pro active as Patricia in dealing with issues your business would be a pleasure to deal with.

Horrific experience ordering a pizza. Received the wrong pizza, rang the store to get the correct pizza sent out. Waited over an hour and rang again as my pizza didn’t come. I was told a new one would be sent out. This pizza arrived with two slices missing. I rang the store to make them aware and the manager was “too busy” to speak to me about my query. This is unacceptable especially during the pandemic as somebody clearly handled my pizza. The original order was over 2 hours ago and the best they could offer was a refund after being on hold for over 5 minutes.

Just as a foreword: I have issues with trying to deal with social situations so what may seem like a small gripe to most is a very difficult experience for me to overcome.
The pizza was nice, however...
The person serving was rude, the area was tiny and dirty and there was no menu.
I don't know the servers name but she was absolutely no help with me trying to order. I already struggle enough with trying to order things so to have someone as unhelpful as this and no menu in sight was a very unpleasant and difficult situation.
The place to stand in was about 1x3 meters and really dirty. Not just leaves, that's OK and especially when it's a windy day but there was grit and dirt all over the floor.
The menu issue is fairly big for me too. Even when I know exactly what I want to get, having a menu there to ease my mind when ordering is practically a must. This is even more the case when I've never been to a restaurant or takeaway before like in this case.
On the topic of the pizza, it was tasty though it was not cut. I don't know if you are supposed to ask but I should of been asked.
I have no idea if a gluten and dairy free pizza comes in any other sizes than the small one. I don't know what toppings are available other than chicken and peppers because I had no idea outside of those standard ones. I don't know if there were different base styles to choose.
Basically, I haven't a clue what I could have gotten in the end.
The toppings given were very sparse too, I'd have gotten more on a frozen €1 pizza to be honest.
Overall, I liked the pizza but I am so put off by this experience that I'm not inclined to ever return to any Domino's because I'll be too anxious from the start that it will end up like this.

Absolutely shocking place to order from. Use to love this place but the last few times I’ve ordered from them they’ve gotten my order wrong. When trying to ring they either didn’t answer or told me something that wasn’t true. Took me 2 weeks for them then to put a refund through. Ordered tonight they got the pizza wrong, they sent out another one and did it the exact same way as the first one so wrong again. Now getting no answer at all from them. Absolutely disgraceful and very unprofessional. Would not recommend ordering from here.

Horrendous store. Can list off countless issues. Staff attitude appalling, lack of service, cannot use Google Maps to save their lives then when they do arrive around the whole other side of your complex they shout down the phone at you and refuse to deliver to your door, orders never arriving and refuse to answer their phones after an hour of calling, forget items ordered, deliver wrong items, burn food, won't get out of the car to ring the doorbell, if you miss a call they go back to the restaurant and won't deliver your food but will gladly keep your money, the list could go on and on. Horrible store, needs doing away with completely. No amount of staff training or replacements can fix that excuse for an establishment.

I would give it zero stars if I could.! Ordered pizza for delivery, less than a km away, nothing delivered after three hours. Tried calling several times, either won't answer, puts you on hold, or actually hangs up on you. AVOID!

Not nice being ignored. I missed the doorbell ringing, but the driver never attempted to ring my phone despite providing one when I ordered. Drove over to pick up the order, based on how polite service operates I was waiting until the person at the cash register was ready to serve, but he just ignored me, went over to have a laugh with his co-workers and continued to ignore me until I grabbed his attention, he knew I was stood there and just didn't care, couldn't even be bothered to say "Be with you in a minute", just nothing.
