Whoever manages this Starbucks should be ashamed. I only come here if I HAVE to and every time it’s slow as pond water and they don’t know basic Starbucks drink orders. 3 people in front of me and it just took 20 minutes to get 2 americanos.

Joelle is very friendly and professional but the rest of the staff isn’t!! They don’t follow Starbucks ordering criteria!!

This Starbucks is inside the Kroger. As such it doesn't have the full offerings. It also didn't have a skilled barrista, at least not when I was there.
