Wendy's Restaurant

The service is awful too many young kids in charge and not knowing what they are doing at all. Dining room is never open to eat so the drive through Gets so backed up you wait for an hour to get food. I understand they don't have employees to open the dining room and should take that as a bad work environment I'm sure and pay isn't competitive so they have no workers.

Drive threw was so long 25 mins from order board to window pick up. No one TAKEING money at first window . Had to ask for receipt 4 times. The sandwich was wronge and 2 orders of nuggets not in the bag The manager ask to see the receipt and I told her I still don't have one .Dublin Wendys is going all to pieces with the manager she is always not nice and hands cold food out her self .

We love the new sandwiches but ... the don't seem to know what goes on the sandwich and we never get the onion rings the past 4 times went 4 days in a row they were never right We love the sandwich but consistency would be nice the last day we went they were all wrong the chicken was beyond chewy when we called we were treated like someone just lying for free food we live far from town and decide we just won't go here anymore I worked in food service for 15 years myself and others have noticed the Extreme lowered standards in the customer service training and Congeniality have absolutely no clue how to speak to customer It's extremely unprofessional Besides the fact that they don't know what goes on the sandwich Sandwiches are almost $7 each 1 out of 8 was not ever right
