Chick-fil-a

I’ve never been so disappointed with chick fil a. To begin with i felt rushed st the drive thru line just to place my order like the employee was so ready to go. Was most definitely giving McDonald’s customer service not chick fil. My order was wrong, i asked for grilled nuggets and they gave me fried, i did t realize until i had already pulled onto the hwy. my sandwich was given to me in a wilted box,l and clearly wasn’t checked for any quality control, i attached photos to show. Not leaving this review for a free meal just really wanted great service and a good meal… the box was so wilted that little pieces of the cardboard got onto the actual sandwich if you can’t tell already. Really wasn’t such a pleasure ….

So let me start by saying what a horrible group delivery from today order. First of all no dressing came with my salad and then come to find out all the lettuce was bad on my salad. I literally spent most of my time digging through what I could not eat, more than half the salad thrown away due to the lettuce being bad. Hopefully I do not get sick from what little I could eat. Come on chikfila please do a better job. We order from you often and the food has just gone down hill recently.

Every time I've been here for lunch(130-2pm) the line has been wrapped around the building and moving so slowly. They try to speed things up with employees taking customers' orders in 2 lines 1/2 around the building but the real slow down is at the window. 15-20 minutes to order and pickup food at almost 2pm is not helpful when you add in the 10 minute drive there and back to work. Food is good though. Would be nice to have been offered sauce for my sandwich though. The only reason I put up with it is because the food is usually better than the other options nearby.

It’s Chick-fil-A.. ..it’s more a review on the efficiency engineering efforts. Like most, they have two lines and a nice shaded stand for excess overflow. This location is missing the flavor enhancing conveyor belt however. To make up for it they have extra happy servers cooled by an outdoor AC rig. 11/10 would go again!
