Mj Korean Tacos & Wings

Formerly MJ’s tacos which I went to a ton in the past for lunch, they have reduced their quantity of menu items, but specialize in tacos, fries, and wings which are pretty good. They have a ton of options for flavors and spice levels so there’s something for everyone to enjoy. It’s just a casual lunch/dinner spot and it’s pretty solid. I would recommend you stop by here if you’re in the area.

Wings Hut Duluth is what used to be MJ's Tacos. Located in a busy area of Duluth, there's plenty of places to eat and visit when you're in the area. There's a lot of mixed reviews about Wings Hut since they opened, so I had to try for myself. It feels like the recipe and taste of the tacos stayed the same, but there's a bit more variety of choices. I chose to go with Panko Fish, Pork and Chicken tacos. All tasted pretty good, I think pork being my favorite and closely tied with the fish. Also the parmesan fries were still as good as I remembered them to be. There's more to choose from such as burgers and wings, a good selection for group outings. Parking can be tight, but there's plenty of it. Service was great. They greeted us at the door and it was self seating, unless they are crowded. Masks were worn by employees and sanitizing done between customers. While I would not say that Wings Hut is 'amazing'. I could definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good Korean taco place to eat. Prices were also comparable to others in the area. Give it a try!

Places a to-go order over the phone. The 2 employees behind the counter were nice and friendly. Restaurant was very clean. Received the food promptly. Ordered a few flavors of chicken wings. All flavors were nice and tasty. The winds were in the small side but I’m not going to knock them for that - currently a chicken shortage. They do charge extra for splitting flavors when you order 10 or more wings. Will order from them again.

The cashier had a NASTY attitude, while I was ordering my food she was so impatient for NO REASON! There was 1 couple behind me waiting to order so the restaurant was not busy at all. If you want the community to support your business, make sure the customer has a pleasant experience from start to finish. Won't waste my money coming back here just because of her bad attitude.

Do not order the hibachi chicken. I should have tried the wings and gotten hibachi from Japanese restaurant. The hibachi was disgusting and I was regretting my choice all the way home because all I could smell was cooked broccoli. The veggies were soggy and chicken was tasteless. Maybe they should just stick to chicken wings; hopefully they are better. Definitely not going back there.

Wow! Best tacos I've ever had. The portions are every large, and my food came out fresh. We ended up ordering a Hawaiian chicken taco, original steak taco, fried potato taco, and a spicy lover's chicken taco, parmesan fries, loaded ground beef fries, and sweet and spicy fries. They all came out steaming hot and crispy with the appropriate amount of seasoning on top. I'd say the only draw back to this place was slow service and cleanliness. The bathrooms were clean, but the floors were a bit sticky. We had to wait a bit to get our menu. We also had to seat ourselves. However, the staff was very kind and apologetic. I'd say the decor was average as well. All in all, I'd definitely come again!
