Mizumi Ramen

TLDR Taste 5/5 Price 3/5 (due to portion sizes) Atmosphere 1/5 Service ??? (So quick I felt rushed but attended to every need) We walk in, are immediately seated and he gets our drink and food orders after about 10-20 seconds of looking at the menu. Ramen came out very quick, within 4-7 minutes. The ramen tasted good but it felt pretty low on volume, could've used more broth and noodle I feel. Unlike most places, they do actually make the spicy ramen spicy. Not unbearably painfully spicy, but it's enough to enjoy. My biggest gripe was that the place was just unpleasant to be in. It used to be natural/low lighting but now they have the windows covered and there are colored disco lights going. The music is pretty loud and it seems to be entirely Asian hip-hop which I'm personally not into.

Our experience was great very authentic. This was our first time eating at this restaurant and trying 🍜 ramen noodles we can truly say the food was excellent. Infact, my son ordered a second bowl of the spicy pork 🍜. Many thanks to the chef and our waiter. Also, mask where wore and hand sanitizer was provided. We really appreciate that. Know that you are blessed.

The food was delicious! They have a few things they could improve. 1. It would be helpful to have more detail about the dishes in the menu. 2. I wish the had tap water. Only bottled. ☹️ 3. I didn't pay attention to the size, so I got a large. It would have been avoided if I had been asked. The price for a large was about $14, not terrible.

The noodle was raw, tasteless and sticky to your teeth !.. will be 1st and last time going there..we tell the server and chef both said thats the way they do it there..my toddler loves noodle she even refuse it .. what a waste of money and time ..we have to come back home to cook the noodle more bcoz they so arrogant and refuse to do so..! After went home we cook the noodle ..it become much better tender and soft.. the problem they dont know how to cook the noodle properly !! i made homestyle noodle with pasta maker too both style ..egg noodle and fettucine ..so i knew what im talking about . the worse taste ever of raw and sticky noodle in a ramen house you can call it . Only 2 people in those place running around between cooking and serving food, cleaning and pick up the phone/take out order .

So we decided to try this place near our work, ordered the food, got a regular size noodle, I asked to add extra egg & fish cake to the noodle and they forgot to,we were not served with any drinks,not even water. This bowl looks big,but it is funnel shaped. I d say it is all Biden' s fault for making the inflation so bad that restaurant can't afford to give customers proper food! I had maybe 1 oz noodles inside that bowl. And soup was not hot, neither was the noodles. Anyway I hope they find a way to make improvements, otherwise,I don't see this restaurant make it.
