Einstein Bros. Bagels

There was just one customer in the hall. The lady did not take order pleasantly simply because I did not know I had to choose bagel first to order a sandwich. I hear people get nasty toward shop employees, but I had the exact opposite case today. Coffee dispensers were not filled and milks were not labeled.

Third time , last time. Half dozen bagels to go 27 minutes. Third time in a row. Should take about 5 minutes as my years and years of experience with EB. Disorganized, understaffed and overwhelmed location. Unfriendly staff. Oh and be prepared to pay 35% up charge on top of the ridiculous $1.99 per bagel if you order a cheese bagel, which is a “special bagel”.

Stopped going here. Spend most weekend mornings at this place for over a year or two. As a family we bonded which is positive. We stopped going because the staff attitude and the total lackadaisical attitude they had for work and customers, even after over a year of patronage!! It was the same staff and I knew each one of them but they didn't. Corporate training should include building customer relationships. Also they do not toast your bagels. NEVER. Unless you order a single bagel. This policy should change. Who eats raw bagels??
