Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Thank you LEANNA for the good customer service. The store was clean and the restrooms were clean too. There were so many toppings to choose from and thankfully most of them had covers. There were also about five different syrups from the classic caramel to marshmallow to Nutella. Outdoor seating in the front and on the side. A variety of games to enjoy and apparel and pencils you can purchase. The strawberry smoothie sorbet and the snickerdoodle cookie were my favorite. I would have liked to have more yogurt flavors. I like that you can have some of the flavors swirl together. Great atmosphere!

This frozen yogurt place has plenty of toppings for sure which was awesome, but I was a little disappointed on the flavors they had the day I went. The customer service was great and the area was nice and clean. It felt to me, out of all the flavors they had I only truly liked the original and vanilla. Like one person said, the flavors are a hit or miss!

When I arrived there was no one there to provide service. I waited about five minutes before someone appeared from the back. I actually asked another customer if anyone was working. When I tried to find my favorite flavors they were out and the ones I settled on the machines barely worked. I've been to other locations and the experience was completely different. Get your act together guys.

Was me and my husbands first time visiting. The lady explained the set up and explained the pricing, and various flavor choices, including to mention lactose free and low fat options, covering all the bases quickly for our first visit. The place was spotless, well stocked with fresh ingredients and fair priced. At checkout we were offered to start a point card, and did, since we love froyo. The topping set up is very well designed and the atmosphere is great. A small gem in the deluth area!

Menchie's Frozen Yogurt finally arrives in Duluth. Located in the brand new Sugarloaf Market near Sprouts. The interior décor is very colorful and reminiscent of a candy shop. The shop itself is not too large with decent amount of seating. There are yogurt dispensers the that surround the back half of the circular cashier counter. The service is mostly just self service since you get your own yogurt. The staff does do a good job of keeping the place nice and tidy. The frozen yogurt flavors are typical of what you find at most places and there is a variety of toppings you can choose from like fruits, cookies, and other tasty treats. Overall, it was a great first impression. It was too sweet!
