Mcdonald's

Im not looking for 100% expectation from all fast food place but if you guys made a mistake atleast say sorry. Order burger on drive thru and came home. After first bite i chew something weird. So i looked at burger and found a piece paper glued to meat. I took this back to mcdonald and first thing they told me receipt?. And also lady tells me refund or make a new one. Wow no apologize at all

I have to be honest, I didn't eat here, I just ran in to use the bathroom. The bathroom was clean so, 5 stars on that, but this McDonalds made me very sad. When I was in elementary school back in the 80's, back when Gwinnett Mall was THE place to hang out, "Manic Monday" graced the radio waves multiple times a day and all us little girls wore glittery jelly shoes, one of my best friends had her 9th birthday party at THIS very McDonald's. I still have fond memories of giggling in the sunny birthday room, munching salty french fries and slurping a Coke. Ronald McDonald himself even surprised us with a visit! Fast forward 30 years or so and that sunny restaurant of my past has been turned into an industrial, Orwellian nightmare-vision of the future. Gray walls designed to look like concrete slabs, boxy and spare, furniture that was all corners (yet there were people sleeping, laid out, on two different bench seats) and the cheerful employees have been replaced by touchscreen ordering systems as soon as you walk in the door. Oh, McDonalds. It felt like when you reconnect with an old friend, only to discover time and life have not been good to them and their best days probably WERE back in high school. It was damn depressing and I washed my hands and got out of there as fast as I could.

Terrible experience. We ordered a Curbside mobile order and went through the driveway to pick it up. From the speaker, they said to go to the SECOND window. We did exactly that and went to the second window and then they told us that we should have stopped at the first window. They told us we should go back around and wait all over again to go back to the window. They even suggested we get out of our car and walk there. Super rude employees and terrible service. We are never going back to this location.

The man at the register was rude. We waited to order when no one was in front of us he had his back turned and leaning on the counter for 20-30 seconds before turning around to see if there was anyone there. The burger I ordered wasn't very hot the cheese wouldn't even melt and worse of all the burger tasted like a pile of salt. Not to mention the bun was hard like it was stale it all but crumbled in my hand I didn't even finish it just threw the half eaten burger away. Glad I didn't spend a lot of money to be wasted like that. Never want to go there again! Next time I will go a little farther to go somewhere else. Convenience isn't always the most important thing when it comes to food! If you want to try your luck there I hope you have a better experience than I had! I suggest Wendy's down the street if you need some good fast food. Better food and better service!
