Mcdonald's

Ordered a cheeseburger and a 10 piece chicken nugget combo with a sprite for my kids. Received the pictured items (plus the sprite, which was sprite so it was OK I guess). Really don’t know how to comprehend it but there it is. I’ve had many problems with this location before but never felt the need to complain as I know times are tough. The bacon smelled rancid and it and the fries were ice cold. Highly suggest avoiding this location. Update: My wife drove to the restaurant to try to get the right items. They forgot the fries. Total trash and will never come back. Also the listed phone number doesn’t work and it connects to a fax machine. And of course they charged us again for the replacement items.

I rarely visit McDonald's for the obvious reasons. When I do, it is usually for the kids happy meal toys. They didnt care to let me know that they were out of toys and put cookies instead. If they told me at ordering, I could easily go to other locations. When I went in to complain, the server went um ........ Not even care to say sorry. Never going back to this location.

Drive-tru for 2 Happy Meals for my Daughter and we asked for plane cheese burger, clear to them no Mayo/catsup/pickles and toy for a girl. The guy who took us the order said toys are RANDOM (why?) then after we receive the order and left the store, my daughter cried and said there's everything on her burger. She didn't eat it and the toys the same, very ugly and not for a girl. ATTENTION to MANAGER. Did you train your people how to get the right order? or they just tired of preparing one?
