India Palace

One of the unique Indian Restaurants I've been to. The food is really good but what makes it more special is that the meaningful paintings and decor that they have put up to showcase the country. The service was decent but the chef did come up personally and asked how the food was. This is a must try if you are in Duluth.

Every time we eat at India Palace, we always leave with a full stomach. Their food is so delicious! Lamb curry and fish masala (salmon). Dinner comes with basmati rice. Had 2 orders of the garlic naan bread. The house platter appetizer is a must! (Forgot to take a pic) The server was very helpful. Excellent service here!

First time eating there, and with a vegan 15-year-old in tow. The server was on his own during a dinner rush and was excellent. He suggested something vegan off the menu, was attentive as possible during the meal, and maintained very friendly demeanor throughout. It all tasted great, and even the normally picky vegan kid enjoyed their first exposure to Indian food.

Soooo good! Ordered through Food Dudes. I've had Indian food before, but this was my first time eating here and first time ordering Chicken Mushroom. Breaking it down by menu item: Rice: Absolutely perfect Chicken Mushroom sauce; HEAVENLY, seriously one of the best things I've ever tasted. Naan: a little thin and crispy for my taste but still really good 100% will be ordering again.

This place is a con. I hate that it has the name of India attached to it. We stopped by for a lunch buffet on 7/4 and were told the place is open until 2. We were there at 12.45 with food stock running low. Like any decent place, we expected them to keep stocking the trays. But that was too much to expect here. The desserts and appetizers didn’t get stocked and the curries that were stocked were essentially just some watered down version of the original. When asked to talk to the chef, we were met with the rudest guy ever in hospitality industry. If you are really craving Indian food in Duluth, please don’t go here ; drive a 150 odd miles more and get to any place in the twin cities - your tummy and wallet both will thank you!!
