Buffalo Wild Wings

The service was so slow! The dining room wasn't even that busy. I saw approximately 10 servers and hostesses while we were there but the food was late coming out and when it finally did it was cold and looked like it had been out overnight. Clearly she forgot put order or didn't care it was "dead food" and sitting there. The server was pretty non existent. Where is the quality control? The servers were too busy chatting in the little soda refill cubbies standing there laughing and even with the manager. It comes down to staff laziness and poor management. Time to be the boss, not their friends. The entire time we sat there we were surrounded by dirty tables that still hadn't been cleaned off when we left. It was disgusting and embarrassing. Super annoying to see staff sitting around doing nothing, I was about to go clean the tables myself. 🙄 It seems that BWW was once a super fun and reliable place to eat, but I would have been better off stopping at McDonald's because at least they consistently make the same hot food. Also BWW I am sad to see you only offer Pepsi products? No one likes Pepsi. Stop being cheap and just get Coke again please. The bathrooms were also dirty and toilet paper on the floor, graffiti on the walls. Overall not pleased with this trashy place.

This was our first time back since the pandemic, and our last. The service was great, but our food was burnt and the hamburgers looked like they were cut in half and split between two burgers. The bacon was black to top it all off. Please look at the photos, the manager said they all look like this because they "cook them from 70/30 hamburger meat." I will never return for a $13 burger that is worth less than a similar one at McDonald's.

Placed an order tonight at 6:22pm. Order was accepted and was going to have it delivered only to have it canceled after I called due to it being 15 minutes late and I still hadn't heard anything. I'm literally right across the parking lot in the AmericInn...you couldn't have called me (phone number was on order and so was address .2 miles away-- I would have ran over for crying out loud. Quick edit 2.22 Opening manager (I think his name is Zach) took care of my order today and was very courteous and got everything squared away. I appreciate the quick response. All is good.

Went at 3pm place was super dirty. Had to kick the food away from us that was on the floor. The waiter was rude. Took 10 minutes to get a couple sodas. The place was not very busy. It took him 20 minutes to finally take our order. He came to the table and said " u want food" well ya thats why we have menus. It took about 35 minutes for our food to come out. Once again not very busy there at this point. We get our food and its wrong and super cold. The waiter never came back to the table so we went to the host to get a manager. His name was Luke ( we never got the servers name). The manager only charged us for 8 dollars of what we ordered. Thought that was a bit much since we didnt eat anything and only drank the sodas. I think they should have just given us those drinks on the house for wasting over an hour of our time for nothing. But they still made money off of us. will never go to this place again! Only good experience was the young lady who seated us and the manager Lukes politeness!

My girlfriend and I got food poisoning from the street tacos on Sunday night. She puked all morning Monday, called into work 2 days in a row and has hardly left the bed. Mine was bad but not crippling like hers. We ordered separate sets of wings so I know it was the tacos. I’m not one to waste my precious time leaving bad reviews and complaining, especially since I like chicken wings & have received good service here before, But I’m telling you there was something seriously wrong with those tacos, whether they were old or undercooked idk. Not only do I want my $50 back I will NEVER come back after seeing how much pain my girlfriends in. Wish I still had Facebook so I could warn everyone !

I stopped in for a to go order, and it had to be the worst order of food I've ever had. It was so bad that I could only eat 2 wings, they were extremely small and way over cooked. I tried to call the restaurant and nobody answers the phone. I feel cheated, I paid decent money for absolute trash. I won't be going back unless the store makes it right.

Food was cold not brought out together. Server NEVER came to check on our table. The 2nd order came 25 min after mine was already eaten. Asked for a to-go container for 2nd meal - I happened to check the to-go box and it wasn’t even the complete order. NO SORT OF COMPENSATION OFFERED! VERY DISAPPOINTING! WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!
