I ordered a BLT Unwich with no tomato and extra bacon. I recieved a less then mediocre sandwich. Two pieces of bacon and lots of tomatos, i see a spot of mayo i think. I called to express my concern and was told the manager would speak to me and i needed to hold for 1 minute.... Its now been 13 minutes and no one is picking up there held call.... WORST PLACE ON THE PLANET TO ORDER FROM. . Finally after 15 minutes spoke to the manager... she was extremely rude and stated" Well what do you want me to do about it? Im the only one here making sandwiches!" WOW!!!!!

Awesome sandwiches! My family and I just finished eating there. There was only one woman running the entire store! She rocked it! Stayed cool and calm. She needs a raise! Right now, start filling the paperwork out for her raise. Why are you just sitting there? Go! Way to keep cool Woman of the Sandwiches!

Waited 30 minutes for the sandwich, wrong sandwich. I called to ask about the incorrect order and was told they could bring me another- in 30-40 minutes. I said this would not be ideal as I had already waited 30 minutes. I asked if they could just refund me; I mean- $10 for one incorrect sandwich. They said no- unless someone picked up that sandwich! Are you kidding? Obviously I put the sandwich back in the bag and agreed to wait for the driver to come pick it up- in another 30-40 minutes so I could get my money back. But what are they going to do? Eat it? Just refund my money. Don't waste my time and your time because of your mistake.
