Domino's Pizza

Ordered online from my hotel room. Used my credit card to pay and had a cash tip to give driver upon delivery. When the driver arrived they knocked, left the food by the door, and had to literally run to the elevator. By the time I opened the door, literal seconds, they were in the elevator already. I felt bad that they didn't get a tip so I chased but didn't get down in time. Trip to front desk was embarrassing as I had no shoes on and then realized no key to get back into my room. After getting back upstairs I found the sandwich has barely any toppings on it, especially lacking in meat (Philly Cheesesteak). No receipt in bag either. Not worth the effort to complain and see what the response would be. They obviously already showed that they don't care. Best to just stay away from this location.

Ordered pan pizza sausage and pepperoni paid for extra pepperoni. Like 8 pieces of pepperoni on half the pizza...what??. Undercooked pan pizza, got sick regardless. The second pizza looked fine. I was waiting for a follow up email on our experience, didn't get any, so I'm here writing a poor experience. Second time with this location. Will use the location on Woodland Ave in the future.

I ordered from the app a lot and now it just seems no one cares about great customer service anymore. The last few times my pizza was cold, my chicken wasn’t done it was very fatty, and my Alfredo bowl was dry and burnt. So therefore half my order went into trash I tried calling but got hung up on and left with no accommodations. I didn’t have the money to spend in the first place, but it was supposed to be a treat to myself but majority of my treat just was thrown in the garbage… From here on out I’ll just order elsewhere.

Ordered online and was given a time of 10-20 minutes. Arrived at the store after 25 minutes and was told it’s going to be at least a half of an hour more. Asked for a refund and they said yeah it will be 5-6 days. Told the manager I wasted my time driving there and wanted to insure I would get my refund as no one really verified who I was. The manager said “I don’t care.” then hung up.

Placed my order at 4:15 in the afternoon waited until 5:50pm to call to check the status of our order and they claimed to have 300 pizzas still in front of our order and it’s going to be a while. I feel like a phone call should have happened from the store to let us know that the order was going to be several hours.

Very rude woman who answered the phone and said she personally made this pizza and said it's supposed to look like that. Um no it's hard as a rock and missing cheese in the middle. Then refused to do anything about it and hung up on my son who is the one who placed the order. I've NEVER had someone be so rude over the phone like she was. Then try to hang up and not even offer to fix it!!
