I was able to get my order quickly and the food was fine.

This is honestly the worst customer service I’ve had. Not only did they make the order wrong but when call to let them know of the mistake all I got was “people make mistakes” not even a sorry the order was made wrong, nothing! There were not in a rush since at the time we order it’s was only us thru the drive, not excuse to miss a large item of the order. Definitely needs improvement in customer service, and y’all need to check what the order is and make sure EVERY item is in the bag before handing to customer.

Spoke to a young man at the Dumas texas location ,
Very Rude was in such a big hurry to get me off the phone , I had to ask him ti be quiet so I could give him my order ,
Then he said is that it , and he hung up n me , so disappointed with the service in the evening, they have nothing but teenagers working there, all they want is a pay check, they are not interested in pleasing the customer.

Ate at the KFC in Dumas, Texas. Deshaun and his manager Chris are awesome. The service was great. They were very pleasant and funny and really seemed to enjoy their job. The food was nice and hot. I can’t say enough for how they made us feel, like we mattered. A lady that didn’t speak English came in and Chris did everything he could to make sure she got what she wanted. Again we were extremely pleased. Thank you

This place was filthy and gross. All of the workers were on their phones and one young woman presenting at the window was vaping the whole time. This place is disgusting and workers are disrespectful.🤮
