The service was nothing short of amazing. Got plenty of refills and the food was very satisfying. The ranch on the salad was fantastic. Not a fan of the BBQ sause but the meat is tender without it so no loss for me there. Pictured flying pig and kids ribs.

Received this baked potato on a take out order this evening. Not only is it clearly dried out and burnt, when I tried to be a good sport and just eat the inner portion, I found a gooey brown rancid spot in the center. You should be ashamed for serving this.

This is the second time in a row we have encountered issues related to timeliness of service. Today at approx 4 pm our table of 5 was seated and then promptly forgotten. At least 2 waitresses made eye contact with our group and not a word. The restaurant was not busy. No idea how or why this happened but I won't be back to this location.

Took 2 hours on a weekday lunch to get seated, served, and eat. They were short staffed which I dont fault our server for, but it took so long to get things brought to us, or to get our check to leave, etc. They were out of turkey and salad the day we went so most of our group had to re-order since we weren't told till after our order had been taken. I love Rib Crib but this location wasn't my favorite.

I went on a Friday evening at 7:30 pm. My food was brought out in 5 minutes or less after ordering which I thought was pretty fast. Then I looked at my food and saw why. It looked like it had been sitting out for a while. The okra was dried out and appeared to have been re-fried and the turkey breast was dry and discolored. The bread was squished and stale also.

Everytime I bring my family here I always have a great experience. The food is always fresh and hot and delicious. Staff is freindly and the areas are always so clean. They are so nice to my daughter and the prices are very fair!

This is for the Brisket only, the Brisket way tough and dry and did not have the hickory smoke flavor as advertised. I would be real hesitant to eat there again but I might try the ribs is someone else is paying.
