Taco Bell

I ordered 2 vegetarian mexican pizzas with no cheese through door dash...they put meat on them. I reordered...they were messed up again (this time they put cheese on them). Of all of the Taco Bell's I've been to, Duncan is by far the worst. When I went to the store to return the incorrect items, not only would they not make it right, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive and said that I had to contact door dash. I don't normally post bad reviews because I never want to disparage or hurt a business but this is seriously one of the worst experiences I've ever had anywhere!!!

Came by as we were traveling to OKC. Inside, the store was filthy. Tables and chairs/booths were in disrepair. I didn’t even sit down because it was just gross. Management is another story. They don’t seem to have any respect for their crew members and I didn’t appreciate how one manager blatantly disrespected a crew member right in front me by telling her to lick her toes. What kind of place is this?! Such a disgrace.

Today I ordered two cheese quesadillas with tomatoes. Per quesadilla I received three slices with very small amount of cheese and approximately two livery small pieces of tomato on each slice. This is the worst rating I have given to Food services in a very long time. I did not receive a receipt so I would not have the information available to rate or a number to call corporate. I asked for corporates telephone, and I was told only the general manager can get that out. I’m wondering if this is the typical services that you receive from your Taco Bell where you’re located my Taco Bell that I purchased my food was in Duncan Oklahoma The manager on Duty was named Asgood.

if i could give 0 stars i would. while i was there 3 employees walked out and sat in there car instead of helping the customers, one of the lady’s even told a family that they would not take their order and said that they could use the kiosk to take their order. i was already shocked that they were so lazy to even take an order. while i looked at the 3 workers sitting in there car outside in disbelieve, one of the females flipped me off. looked right at me and flipped me off. i was not giving them a dirty look at all, just looked for a split second. there was 1 female, she seemed younger than the rest, that was working, she took my order when no one else would and was the only respectful employee i did not catch her name but props to her for doing everyone else’s job. but that is NOT how to treat a costumer. this place is very poorly managed, and the managers don’t care. everyone here is lazy and disrespectful.
