The food was lovely, had the chicken schnitzel realy yummy.
Prices were good, it was very busy staff were very busy, one male staff member a little abrupt as we were a little early , but would recommend a visit

Came here for a quiet dinner yesterday and had a fab experience! Super friendly and helpful staff, a good handful of veggie options on the menu - the pizza (I had Peter Rabbit) was really great. The atmosphere is fun and food and drinks arrived quickly.

Went in for a quiet breakfast, the mince on toast is a good feed for $20. Servers were attentive without being overbearing, interesting tucked away venue

A great experience.
We went in a lazy warm Sunday afternoon. Of course, the staff was anything but lazy. We sat near the fireplace. Had a beer with large chips and vege burger.
Great experience - sitting with a beer next to the cracking fire and savouring the chips and aioli and burger.

We were looking for a cold drink after a long walk, we searched the nearby places and found this lovely place. The door and decor was very interesting with tools hanging around, lovely atmosphere, good quick service, we ordered a shake and a smoothie which was OK nothing impressive. We will come back to try the food

It was 7.30am...first light was happening and a cold clear day was developing for this wintery saturday morning in Dunedin. Coffee was my first thought..Arlow our golden retriver dog had already awaken with a request for an early morning run. After a team meeting a compromise was agreed. JOE'S Garage..which is super dog friendly..and makes amazing breakfasts and coffee. The morning crew are incredibly passionate about the place, food and their clients. If you are either visiting or living in Dunedin hit this place up..10 out of 10..but check it out yourself...it is hidden away and that is part of the attraction..
