Nice little family run place with slightly westernized portions but authentic taste. The owner really is named Ali. Value for money. Clean and well run. Meals were very tasty.

Excellent service and yummy food I tried both beef and chicken shawermas and they are definitely the best I've had in Dunedin. Ali the owner and chef is a really humble person and is passionate about his food and you can tell by the way he presents it on the plate.

Wauw the food is so good and the presentation on the plate is very tidy!! Friendly Service. The beef salad is my favorite, fresh and healthy! Very good place to eat every day.

My wife and I were in the area and decided to give it a go. The food was amazing, we couldn't believe it. We went for the chicken shawerma. The food is authentic, using proper ingredients. The "kebabs" from a typical takeaway shop is pathetic compared to Alibaba's shawerma. The chef seems to be the owner also, does everything himself. Very humble and great service.
