Had a good breakfast. Eggs Benedict with bacon and greens were tasty. I was surprised to see some unusual green in my plate 😋. Date fig loaf was extremely good. Cappuccino was ok.

Excellent food at great prices. Will go out of my way to eat here again.
No indoor seating, just simple benches outside, so best for grab and go (along the Peninsula or to a nearby beach)

Always a great variety of slices, cakes, savoury treats, salads etc. Slices so yummy. Lovely staff. Order at the window, but that's not a problem. Still getting that wonderful Tuppence Cafe experience.

can last Friday after I drove up from Invercargill.The fig date and walnut loaf was yummy. Lucky it was a nice day to sit in seating that is built in.
I wouldn't come back if you don't open the cafe up.

Good selection of yummy food, many healthy options, mostly vegetarian. Friendly, helpful service too. The wraps are really good and so are the raw slices.

Very cosy atmosphere, friendly service, good coffee! We didnt had any food but it looked amazing. Coffee was very good!

Lovely north facing location, this place is super cosy on a sunny day. Love the little touches like the sound absorbing tiles on the ceiling, so many cafes are an echo chamber that make conversation impossible, not Tuppence. Now to the main event, the food and coffee both are fantastic! The team were genuinely friendly, this place has it all. Easy 5 star rating this one.
